As you might had expected we had a really rough night while Emily woke up about every 90 minutes. So we decided to the minimum possible today and were happy with the Chromecast I purchased yesterday.

The Chromecast enables streaming YouTube, Netflix, Plex and more from your computer/tablet/smartphone to your TV. For only 35 USD this was perfect to keep Emily happy inside the house and resting as much as possible.

Later she came to me saying that her throat hurtled (auwa). She even let me look at it and that’s when we decided that it might be better to go see a doctor, the doctor we visited last time was too busy and so we asked the insurance company to help us find one.

Around 3pm, when we were just our eating ice cream at Ben & Jerry’s in the Loop to help sooth Emily her throat, we got a call that we could go the Buena Vista Urgent Car. And so we did 20 minutes later we were at the clinic and since it was walk-ins only we expected the worst.

Not even 30 minutes later it was our turn. Diagnosis a severe sinus infection and antibiotics to treat it. This time with a cherry taste.

When we left Emily wanted to eat Chicken (eetie Chicken) and thus she got her McNuggets after we passed through a drive thru on the way home. The rest of the day we spend in the townhouse doing nothing but keeping Emily occupied and resting.

I’m pretty sure that she feels a lot better tomorrow if she gets a good night of sleep this night.

And I’m sorry but we didn’t take any pictures…but I got an awesome print screen from a weather warning back at home in Canada! I feel so sorry for everyone at home but I’m enjoying this heat here even more now…
