Day 16: Lets go and sea animals…

Really early and before my two princesses woke up I looked out of the window and saw this, I thought it was something to share with you…

But let’s start with what happened after they woke up.

I gave you some extra time and by now you should have guessed where we went today, only based on the best blog title ever! So yes indeed we went to see sea animals and fish at SeaWorld! We left early in the morning and got our coffee at a Starbucks Drive-thru from a Barista called Emily.
With the coffee in our hands the last 1,5 minute to SeaWorld was easy and we parked almost at the entrance. After scanning our vouchers we had our Annual Passes redeemed in no time. We went through the bag check, I even went through the metal detector, and we entered the park.

First stop the Dolphin Theater where we watched “Blue Horizons” a show with…Dolphins. And some birds which I think they should cut out of the show while everyone is there for the Dolphins not some birds. Emily liked the baby behinds us, the crowd and some moments she watched the jumping Dolphins very concentrated.

After the show we wandered through the park to look at the animals. First stop the sea lions and Harbor Seals. And Emily enjoyed it and  couldn’t take her eyes of the birds… What are all the birds doing here?

Next stop the Wild Artic with one beluga whale, two walruses and harbor seals. Emily didn’t enjoy this part too much because it was dark and way colder as outside. As soon as we put her back in her stroller she went into er wintersleep. So we decided to stay a little bit longer because we didn’t want to wake her up while putting her in the car seat.

Because we stayed longer mama watched the stroller and papa did some grownups rides. First the Kraken front row (5 minutes wait). I’m the one with the orange shorts. The video was only possible because I texted Danielle with my Apple Watch to tell her in which train I was sitting an in which position. And that while riding the coaster already while Danielle had my phone with her.

And after the Kraken I took a dive with the Manta. This coaster is truly amazing, the fact that you are hanging in the coaster and it being such a smooth ride gives you an amazing feeling. No pictures from this one because Emily woke up while I was going up the lift hill and she was hungry…

Soon we left the park to come back in a week or something like that. We decided to have lunch at the Outback near our villa. Just before our appetizer (Seared peppered Ahi) was ready Emily decided to add a diaper extra special king size to our menu. It was only resolved until mama was half way in her entree (Sirloin & Coconut Shrimps). And a lot of people looked at the most beautiful baby in only diaper ever. I ate mine (Sirloin & Grilled Shrimps) a bit faster to catch up. And we finished the lunch with a New York cheesecake to share. The Ahi and the Cheesecake where delicious the steaks were not as good as I remembered.

After the food we went home, Emily was put to bed and Mama went for grocery shopping at the Super Target. That’s a nearby supermarket.

After mama came back it was already time to get for some dreams, but first mama read a nice story about Dumbo from one of Emily her new books.

The rest of the afternoon and evening we took it easy and watched some TV.
